Is Pillars a job placement agency?

No. Pillars provides mentorship, readiness development, and guidance that help people prepare to pursue opportunities.

Who can express interest?

Justice involved individuals, returning individuals, young adults facing employment barriers, and people in underserved communities are welcome to inquire.

Do I need a referral?

No. Individuals can complete the participant interest form directly. Organizations may also contact Pillars about referral planning.

What happens after I submit the form?

A Pillars team member reviews the information and follows up to discuss goals, available support, and possible next steps.

Does Pillars provide housing or food assistance?

No. Pillars may share information about independent community providers when appropriate resources are known.

Should I include supervision or case information?

No. The first contact form does not request that information. Do not submit case numbers, offense details, or sensitive documents.

Can employers and training organizations partner with Pillars?
